Jamie is literally the best agent anyone could ask for. She’s on top of her stuff. Has the experience to handle any situation, communicates wonderfully, never had a moment where we were not informed about anything. Never left us hanging. Got our house sold and an offer accepted on a new house all in the same week! She’s a rockstar and I would recommend her to any and everyone. Jamie was great throughout the whole process of selling our current home and buying a new home. She found new houses that met our criteria. She was in touch about all changes throughout the process. Jaime is the only one to go to to purchase or sell a house in Denver or Colorado. She will take the time, patience and energy to learn exactly what you’re looking for and find it or sell it. I have been looking since December 2020 to locate a house and had several failed contracts. Jamie became my agent on May 1 and I closed on my home on May 28-I must say I’m thrilled with Jamie! I work in a field where I have to document and substantiate information for my employer so I’m not easy to please and Jamie did an excellent job finding me a home with all of my demands! Not only is she a great real estate agent she also is very good at inspection knowledge so when a house is something we should jump on or not, Jamie will identify it and she will not waste your time. Even in this insane market, Jamie can and will be successful for you in your home endeavor I highly recommend her!

Jamie Bernal was amazing she was professional timely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with! I refuse to go to any other realtor in the future. Jamie went to battle to help my wife and I find out first house and finding something that fits us perfectly. Jake even gave up a portion of her commission to help us get certain things done in the house! Jamie is the absolute BEST realtor! She helped us with the entire process, she would contact our financing company to help get the ball rolling for our preapproval. If we had any questions or concerns with anything she was right there and on top of it everytime. She worked her butt off helping us find our first home for our family. We needed a backyard for our kids, dogs, and chickens, storage for 3 trailers, room to breathe and grow. Jamie made sure to show us houses that could accommodate what we needed space for. She was flexible with our work schedules and searching for houses all over Colorado, it felt like. Jamie is such a hardworking Rockstar! She is was such a joy and blessing to work with.
