When I was trying to help my brother find a place Jane was very patient with us since he didn’t really want to move LOL. She showed us some fantastic properties within his price range and area he liked. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely work with her again in the future, great personality!

Jane is one of the professional agents I have met. As you know searching house is not easy work, we went through all hard work and finally I purchased house in 2019. During all my time of searching house, I saw a quality on her that she is a facilitator not a decision maker, she respects all my decisions not feeling rejected in her work. If you are first time home buyer, you definitely need her. She is not pushy, but Shares her experience and giving her opinion Respectfully. I would love to refer her as an agent for any one I know.

I would give Jane 10 out of 10. My husband and I were having trouble finding a place. We contacted Jane and she went above and beyond and broke down what exactly we needed to get approved. We put in our first application working with Jane and we were APPROVED! I am extremely in love with our new place. Jane knows what she is doing!

Jane La Trace assisted my husband and I many years ago when my husband was going through cancer treatment and we had income changes due to his illness. Jane was timely in all her interactions and has excellent follow-through. Jane worked hard for our family and assisted us with refinancing our home.
Recently we reached out to Jane again for some assistance. Jane worked diligently for us once again and even went out of her way to refer us to a colleague that could assist us with our unique needs.
We have the utmost respect for Jane. She’s honest, loyal, knowledgeable, kind and someone we would refer any of our friends and/or family to. She has made huge differences in our family’s lives and we are forever grateful.
