We used Janelle Benedict of Benedict Realty the spring of 2005 as our realtor. Before we put our house on the market, Janelle went through our house thoroughly and was able to tell us what she would recommend we change, fix or repair for maximum profit value. She maintained her professionalism throughout the process by giving us a well-organized set of documents before our listing and explained everything completely so that we understood the process. Because we had an older house, we ran into some permit issues that needed to be handled. Janelle took care of all of the details that she could and called us to let us know what we needed to do on our end to get our house sold as soon as possible. We ended up having to move out of our house before it could sell (due to jobs beginning at our new location) but we didn’t feel that we had to be concerned at all. We knew that Janelle would take care of everything while we were gone. She gave us weekly updates as well as made sure we were aware of potential offers and discussed relevant information about our house during the process. Our house ended up being a little bit of a difficult situation. The buyers were first time buyers and were very concerned about every little detail of the transaction.
