Janet brings a wealth of experience to each new client having closed hundreds of transactions over the last 38 years. She has also gained valuable hands-on experience while restoring the six homes she’s owned in the past forty+ years. Not only does she live to tell these stories with a healthy sense of humor, she has a long list of trusted service professionals that can help make your house a home. Janet’s degree in home economics has greatly benefited her clients in all aspects of prepping, preparing and marketing a home. Her historical perspective of architecture coupled with her background as an interior designer make her an invaluable consultant in the “mental remodeling” that happens before a sale. Since Janet knows the intricacies of what it takes to remodel and properly maintain a home, her approach to pricing and promoting your house will be different and more thorough than the typical agent.

Janet has been a resident of Windsor Square for 40 years. Her local community leadership and involvement remain strong. When she is not running 100 miles an hour, she can usually be found singing gospel tunes with her choir or cooking for the next broker’s open house or party at her home.
