We found Janice on accident honestly but it was clearly meant to be! She immediately jumped in feet first! We went under contract within 24 hours and she just pushed and pushed till it was over. She stayed on top of our lender to make sure things were meeting deadlines (we had a very quick close) she answered phone calls no matter the time or day.i really just can't rave enough about this lovely lady! She will absolutely go to great lengths to see your dreams come true!

After being hounded by dozens of realtors to convert me from FSBO to having them list my home, I had a lot of options when it came time to cut my losses and hire a realtor. I chose to call Janice, my neighbor down the street who never even called on me for the business. I had actually seen her Remax car sticker for years and they always waved when I passed by their house. Seemed like friendly people. I am so glad that I reached out to her because she made quick painless work of my home sale and got me the most for my money. She provided truly selfless service and I feel that I made a friend out of the process. She went above and beyond and got my home under contract after only one day on the market after I failed to sell by owner for about a month. She laid out a game plan and executed flawlessly.
