When it comes to buying a house it is absolutely a terrifying experience. However when Jann's took on me, which admittingly can be a handful and picky, he listen to my wants and needs for me and my family. He was proactive when finding quality homes that met those needs and with today's market that wasn't easy. Jann's never gave up on me and finding me my dream home. Once he found me my perfect for me home it was handled easy, smoothly and quickly. By far eased my worries and made this process so amazing. My first home is now my dream home because of his hard work and dedication.

Buying a house during the pandemic was a nightmare enough. We knew nothing about the logistics of buying a house. As a first time homebuyer we were scared and not sure who to trust and what Information was accurate. Janns really delivered and showed us that he really knew what he was talking about. Very professional, caring, and honest individual. We had some problems with the home builder and their mortgage broker, Janns LITERALLY fixed the issue with them in less than 24 hours and got us a really good closing deal that is unheard of. If you want someone who will fight for you, this is your guy. He is unbelievably kind and would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Janns!
