Jason Bisson

Jason is the owner and Designated Broker of Cottage & Co Real Estate. He works with sellers and buyers in Greater Portland, Coastal Southern Maine, and the Lakes Region. He is an annual multi-million-dollar producer achieving top 3% rankings of all Maine licensed agents since 2013. He has successfully practiced real estate in Maine since 2004. His extensive sales and finance background has equipped him
with the skill set needed to navigate the process of selling and buying as smoothly as possible. Most of his business comes from past satisfied clients and referrals. His goal is to provide exceptional service to each one of his clients and build relationships to last a lifetime.

A former Lakes Region resident, Jason holds a business degree from the University of Southern Maine and is a member of the Maine and National Association of Realtors. He has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and Realtor RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) designations to expand his real estate expertise and services.

Jason is an owner and investor of local Real Estate, a Full-time real estate professional, a Designated Broker, and an agency owner. He currently resides in the Willard Beach area of South Portland with his wife, Sarah, and children, Cole, Ellie, and Reid. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, hiking, boating, camping, paddling, and taking in the local restaurants and beaches.
