About Jason

Jason Coté is an Associate with Accel Realty Partners. Jason’s wide range of real estate experiences began as an apprentice in residential remodeling. He learned everything in home construction from slab-to-shingle. First licensed in real estate in 1998, his initial foray into real estate was to provide finance solutions to southern California homeowners.

In addition to providing these solutions, Jason progressed into mortgage technology sales, recognized with awards for top sales and advancement into national roles targeting mid-to-large sized lending institutions. As the mortgage industry began to soften, his efforts and education moved on to consultation services in landscape design & construction. His degree in computer-aided drafting & design, landscape architecture, and horticulture science positioned him to assist home-owners looking to beautify their homes while experiencing an increase in property valuation.

Having owned multiple properties including cross-country relocations, he recognized the value a competent realtor provides. He learned that proven sales techniques and marketing are the basis with which successful home sale’s close. When it came time to sell, he utilized his construction and design background to complete the value-adding improvements to his own properties resulting in greater returns. Neighbors and a top-producing real estate office took note, inspiring the founding of his Help U Flip Home Renovation services. Here he successfully brought to the home-selling clientele an increase to their asking price, a decrease in their total days-on-market, and an increase to their total net profit.

Jason’s passions for the home buying and selling experience are what sets him apart from other real estate agents. From the time of the first meeting, through the initial details of choosing a home, to the bringing together the myriad steps for the successful completion of a home transaction—are what makes the experience go from ordinary to extraordinary. This is the core of Jason’s client relationships.

Today, Jason and his fabulous wife and partner Juli, their three incredible children all enjoy the unique quality-of-life that only Idaho offers. They live, work and attend schools in the great city of Eagle. They enjoy serving in various ministries at their community church, where Jason serves-out his other passion as a percussionist on the worship team. He’s an avid outdoor adventurer and experienced high-country backpacker. Jason subscribes fully to the model where “we succeed in life only when we help others to succeed.”
