I've worked with my share of agents and can say that Jason is really good. Many are lazy and just not that good at their jobs - not Jason! He does his homework, understands your needs and makes good recommendations based his extensive knowledge of the market, negotiates hard on your behalf, and follows through on the details. He has rapport with the other agents, and has a network of lenders and contractors - the connections to get job done at a good price. Easy to work with, very responsive too. You can't go wrong with Jason.

Jason not only negotiated the best possible deal for us on the home we bought in Eagle, but the contrast between him and the realtors we’ve dealt with in the past is like night and day. We’ve experienced realtors who get the sale and then are missing in action. Not Jason. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty. We never felt abandoned. Thank you Jason. I didn't know what a real estate agent could be capable of until I worked with Jason. He is a staunch advocate for his client, a shieldbearer who navigates negotiations and unforeseen complications with such competence that he cushions his clients through the process of buying and selling a home. His knowledge of the Boise area and markets is vast, and a stubborn client would be foolish to ignore his advice.
When the sale of our house was hindered by repairs, he eased the process with a long list of affordable and professional contractors earned through a secondary career of property management. And as he helped us handle the purchase of a new home at the same time, I got to see how staunchly and fairly he navigated the deal through our changing circumstances.
Jason just has the chops for the job. And on top of his expertise, he has an attention to detail, generosity with his time and advice, and heartfelt desire to delight his clients that make him a powerful advocate. My recommendation is without reservation.

I normally don’t write reviews but I seem to follow and use them often for many aspects in my life. Jason Smith is someone who has given me good reason to write a review. I work in Boise live in CA. I stumbled into BHGRE office and was put in touch with Jason and my good fortune has never stopped coming our way.

The man just exudes confidence. Being in a industry where I am matched with many intelligent and savvy people, Jason had my wife and I feeling like we were in best hands possible. From start to finish our home search and purchase was a dream to complete. Now that we have ended our relationship I know Jason is there and continues to be for us even lending a hand when we are in a bind or out of town.

As a first time buyer, I had no idea where to search for a new house. It seemed like everybody I talked to had a friend who sold houses. I am glad that I did not go with one of their friends. When I first contacted Jason, I told him how much I was approved for and showed him a couple houses that I saw on craigslist that were in my budget. He checked on them and explained the problems that came with them. After discussing with him what I was looking for he took me around and showed me several that fit my budget and my needs. He not only helped me find the perfect house, but also helped me night and day with questions and concerns I had during the buying process. He made sure the seller fixed the major problems and was able to get me 4000 off the closing cost. I could not have asked for a better experience. Im sure I wont be purchasing another home soon, but when that day comes, Jason will be the guy I go to, and would advise everybody that is in the market for a new house do the same.
