About Jason

Jasons interest in the housing industry began in 1985 on his arrival to the Orlando Area where he tutored under his father in the family construction business in Windermere, Isleworth and Bay Hill. Completing his education to obtain a building contractors license Jason became interested in all aspects of housing and Real Estate in Orlando. With growing interest in new homes and sales I felt compelled to pursue his career in a new direction. After obtaining his real estate license, he began with new home sales. With success in this field his decision to become an Orlando REAL ESTATE BROKER was a natural progression.
Over the years Jason has developed an extensive background in all areas of residential development from land acquisition and sales to single and multifamily residential sales. Jason has have lived in Downtown Orlando since 2003 and have firsthand experience of the Downtown lifestyle and the growing Downtown Orlando market.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, community expertise, in-depth market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how he works.
That said, in his experience as a Downtown Orlando REALTOR, Jason has also found that providing the best service is essentially about putting his clients first. This means keeping himself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to his client’s needs.
This "client first philosophy has always been his approach and it requires him to continually improve his skills and ways of doing business. In addition, he has found that the latest technologies are enabling him to do everything he has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped him to extend the range of services he provides to his clients.
