Jason Williams

Jason Williams has been involved in residential real estate for his entire working career in one capacity or another. He began as a teenager digging ditches for a local landscape company, then transitioned into selective remodel demolition. Over time, he worked his way through most of the construction trades—including foundations, framing, siding, roofing, drywall, trim work, and some plumbing and electrical work—before starting his own company. Through this journey, he discovered not only a knack for building but also a deep appreciation for the joy his work brought to clients when he exceeded their expectations.

What sets Jason Williams apart from other agents is the depth of his experience, which buyers consistently find comforting during the new build process. He has observed that many issues stem from a lack of understanding, leaving buyers feeling out of control. With his insight, he knows what to say and when to say it—avoiding the pitfalls that less experienced agents may inadvertently create.
