About Jay

Jay, started his real estate career in January of 1990, after graduating from Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Economics. During the past 18 years Jay has been principal in several large residential developments including Irongate and Olde Bradfordton Place, as well as new home construction.
 
Jay served as President of The Real Estate Group, Inc. in 2005 and 2006.  His experience combined with his education, has given Jay a detailed understanding of residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate brokerage.
 
Jay has the drive, experience and knowledge to achieve the best transactions for his clients.   I concentrate on needs my clients and use my knowledge of the market and the process of buying and selling to provide expert advise in a professional and consistent manner.
