Jay Loisel

Jay was born in Nebraska. He moved to Phoenix as a boy and attended Cortez High School and Mesa Community College. Over the years he has lived and worked throughout the entire valley. Jay has over 35 years of successful sales experience working for corporate America, primarily in the technology solutions field. He has held several positions from National Strategic Business Development to President, selling and negotiating large contracts for some of the largest Fortune 100 corporations. In 2018, he decided to leave the corporate scene and pursue a career in real estate.

His secret is simple; treat people the way you would like to be treated with integrity, honesty, and humility. Negotiate each transaction as if it were your own home. Jay does his homework and research so that his clients can optimize their time and be assured of their choices.
