If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jaylene is an absolute ROCKSTAR REALTOR. She covered every last detail of helping buy a house site unseen! She went out of her way on so many occasions and was our eyes, ears, and hands with everything we needed to do. She has a deep referral bench of services and was so knowledgeable and responsive, it was refreshing! GREAT JOB Jaylene, keep up the Raving Fan Service. Jaylene is the absolute best, not only as a realtor, but as a person. We did our first real estate buy with Jaylene long distance, and after meeting her just once. We knew right away we could trust her and that she would only recommend properties that truly fit our needs. We bought our house entirely from internet pictures, a FaceTime walkthrough, and Jaylene’s advice. We were very happy with the house and Jaylene made the process easy. We have since done two more deals with her and we have greatly appreciated her knowledge, expertise, communication, extensive business relationships, hard work and availability. I have had business dealings with quite a few realtors but Jaylene is by far the best. She is caring, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and patient! She makes home
buying so easy because she does her homework is always on top of everything, leading you through the next step. My husband and I have been planning on moving to Idaho for about the last 3 years and every time we would call her to tell her we were coming up she would happily make time to spend, usually days, with us and meet us wherever we were with lattes in hand and a car full of water and all kinds of goodies.
She would usually spend all day with us taking us all over from Boise to Weiser, buying us lunch and giving us a guided tour of Idaho while looking for the area we wanted to live in. And never once did she make us feel like we were putting her out. Jaylene is all about helping her clients find the right house, not about the money. It’s all heart with her and no wonder her previous clients are now her friends.

Working with Jaylene Groeniger has been one of the greatest experiences of my lifetime! I wanted my last home my forever home. I had a long list, and she just filled it. All the dreams all the boxes checked off. She lined up many places for me to see with a lot of choices options and things to think about, but always related to what I was asking for, what I wanted and what was important to me. Took like a week to find the home that I wanted. And in a location that is seemingly away from the city but two miles in any direction from everything I could possibly need. She made everything go smoothly and kept me happy!
And when it came to moving time the most extraordinary thing happened. She decided her family had some time, and they would just move me. She wouldn't hear no for an answer. And they did. Her precious children and her husband carried all my things out of my old place in Boise, into a van and a trailer that she had and took them and unloaded them in Nampa where I moved. Talk about melting your heart. What kind of realtor does that? Well I can tell you Jaylene Groeniger did. How can you adequately say thank you for that? My gratitude was immense.
Jaylene found my home, she made things go smoothly, kept me completely informed with a wonderful transaction and experience. She takes on the stress and the business so you can just think, oh I would like to have a wonderful home just like this, and you get it and you move there and your wish is complete!
I believe Jaylene needs at least 10 Stars minimum and I couldn't recommend her highly enough! If you get the chance, seriously, let Jaylene Groeniger find you a home! Get your wish come true.

When I arrived in Boise about three years ago, I had never been here and knew no one. I was referred to Jaylene by a mutual friend, and a very lucky thing it was for me. I needed to buy two houses, one to rent out and one to live in that was close to Boise center, had enough space for my accumulated stuff, and had a place for a hypothetical travel trailer. She found two good houses for me. The inspections were clearly thorough and accurate, for no big problems have shown up in the three subsequent years. Working with her was very pleasant and professional. I have recommended her to friends who are thinking of moving here and would happily and confidently do so in the future.

Never thought I would buy a house sight unseen in a different state but Jaylene made the process so easy for us. She was super professional yet very down to earth.
