Not only was her grandfather a realtor, her parents, Bob & Linda Sears, were well respected owners of a real estate brokerage for close to 40 years. Prior to becoming an agent, Jeannie spent over 20 years as Manager and Chief Operations Officer of Prudential California Realty in San Jose, CA.
