Working with Jedd was awesome, he really has your best interests in mind when helping you buy your home. He will be the first to point out potential problems while viewing houses, which I really admired. He was super patient and attentive to what we were looking for and extremely knowledgeable and he made the entire process way easier than I could’ve imagined. We were able to make an offer and close in record time and we have Jedd to thank for that. Will be recommending him to my friends, thank you Jedd!!!

Jedd was a fantastic realtor and worked tirelessly to show me homes while I was deployed. He would take videos of the properties with commentary and send them to me so I could make informed decisions on what to buy. Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough great things to say about Jedd and this home buying process. This was our first house so it was a pretty intimidating process, but the moment Jedd brought us to the first house, we knew he was going to make it fun and as easy as he could. He treated us like friends and not just a client trying to find a home so he could move on. He talked to us with respect and was always willing to answer our questions. The house we ended up getting was a house he reached out to us about and said “WE NEED TO GO SEE THIS HOUSE TONIGHT!” Sure enough, we loved it! He picked up on what we were looking for quickly! From start to finish, we were in a house within 2 months! Get with Jedd and get yourself a home!

I bought my first house in November 2019 with Jedd Smith. He was extremely helpful. He made several videos of houses when I couldn't be there in person. He was completely helpful and professional. Even in a very competitive market, we were able to get the house I wanted AND have the seller put a new roof on it. I can't recommend him enough!

We worked with Jedd Smith and he was great from start to finish! We were first time home buyers and Jedd was able to guide us through the whole process with ease. He was down to earth and honest with us about the quality of houses we looked at, what they were worth, and what would meet our needs. He was easy to contact any time questions or issues came up, and would get us an answer in a reasonable amount of time. He also got us a heck of a deal when it came to closing costs and concessions from the sellers! We loved working with Jedd and would highly recommend him!

Jedd Smith was an amazing realtor! This was our first home and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was patient with all the questions that I had, which was a lot. He explained every step of the process no matter what time of day it was. Buying a home halfway across the country isn’t easy, and he was always willing to go look at houses for us and send us wonderful and comical videos. He also really listened to what we were looking for in a home. From the style of the home to the best yard for our pups he considered every detail. He also is great about getting you in contact with other amazing people so that all the tiny details are taken care of by people who are effective, detail oriented, and kind. Overall, having Jedd as our realtor was one of the best experiences we could have asked for.
