Jeff Arsenault grew up on the Rocky Coast of Maine before migrating to Texas in 1996. He spent six years in High End Production and Custom Homebuilding where he guided hundreds of clients through the process of site selection, customization of floor plan features, and selection of finishes. Jeff also designed and built a highly custom waterfront estate home in River Place on Big View Drive on Lake Austin. Jeff knows luxury design and construction from concept to creation and can look at a home with a builder’s eye, seeing features or possible concerns that others without the same experience would miss. In 2009, Jeff obtained his real estate license and has been serving Austin-area clients ever since. Jeff prides himself in being an independent Realtor that provides personalized, full lifecycle real estate services to meet his clients’ specific needs. Jeff also invests regularly in continuing education to stay on top of the latest practices. He has achieved multiple designations and certifications including: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified Luxury Condo Specialist (CCS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce (RCS-D), ePro, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and is a member in good standing with the Million-Dollar Guild.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys cheering on his family and favorite teams. Jeff married his best friend, Jennifer, in a rare Covid wedding on July 4th of 2020. Together, they are busy raising 5 children (college to middle school age) and enjoy supporting all in their academic, athletic, and social pursuits. The Arsenaults are active boosters for FPMS, Vandegrift, and Four Points Young Life. When not watching Vandegrift, UT or Texas Tech sports, Jeff is still loyal to his favorite New England teams: The Patriots and Red Sox. You can also find Jeff and his family spending as much time as possible surfing up and down Lake Austin.
