They were both quick to reply and readily available. With their background in remodeling they have good knowledge and help you look for any potential problem areas in a house. He helped me and my husband buy our 1st home. It was a pretty stressful process (for a lot of different reasons). But from what I've read and heard about others' experiences, ours was pretty smooth overall. Jason is a really sweet guy, and he's really upfront and honest - but also really patient. Likewise you can be very transparent with him. He understood what we wanted and he got what he needed to done. And everything got done pretty quickly considering we bought our house around the Xmas holiday season.

Jason and his team also sends out fun activities and gifts to their customers (and potential customers I believe) pretty regularly, which is also a pretty sweet added bonus! And he's pretty experienced in a lot of house related things (like carpentry), so he can answer some questions related to those things or point you in the direction of someone who knows those things.

But seriously though, Jason is a really great guy and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!

Before selling my house I anticipated a lot of emotional turmoil throughout the process. My wife and I bought the house with two very young daughters and after my wife passed, I continued to raise my daughters in our home not wanting to make more changes to their lives. After several years I decided It was too much for a solo dad to handle. I reached out to Jason and he listened, understood, and made a challenging experience easier through his insistence on being with me every step of the way. I can’t count how many times Jason said, “I want to support you with every decision you make”, and he did. Jason made the process easier than I expected. He has also checked in to see how I am doing since the sale. If the rating scale for Jason’s service went beyond 10 I wouldn’t hesitate to rate him at the highest point every time.
