Jenny was a star from start to finish.
She was available for discussions at any time including weekends and offered great advice as she anticipated how the market was moving and guided us to a successful sale that otherwise may well not have happened. She dealt with a very old issue left by the builder relating to permits and coordinated all the various parties very well. As a foreign seller, unfamiliar with nuances of the process in Florida, she took us through it step by step and went above and beyond by organising to clear the house for us as we were unable to fly over to do it personally.

SUPERB. We cannot rate Jenny highly enough. She sold our property in Kissimmee within days and achieved an excellent price. Her help and feedback was first class, as we had to do everything remotely she kept in touch and sorted all the issues out in the US swiftly and efficiently. The sale was not straightforward as there was an historical planning problem that had to be dealt with. She guided us and worked with the local authority to overcome and solve the issue, and still keep the interest of the buyers engaged. All this was done with a friendly straightforward approach, it was as if we had know Jenny for years and not weeks. We would recommend Jenny to anyone as a first class realtor. An excellent, professional, and friendly service.
