Jill Hofslien has a passion for homes that started at an early age. Her mom is an interior decorator turned Realtor, her dad a real estate investor/property manager, and her brother a home builder. So, you can say real estate is in her DNA. A 20+ year resident of Washington Park, Jill loves the lifestyle and charm of Denver’s active urban neighborhoods. She and her husband, Dane, live in a 1920s bungalow where they have become fixer-upper enthusiasts. Put a paint brush in Jill's hand and she can make magic happen! Her approach to real estate is personalized. She wants buyers and sellers to know they can rely on her to listen, understand, and go above and beyond to meet their needs. Jill was beyond the best realtor. When you think of a professional, jill exemplifies it. She got 4 above price offers which you might think is great, but then she still managed it all thru inspection to where it all closed smoothly. She is the apex of realtors.

Working with Jill was wonderful and we highly recommend her. It was our first home purchase and she happily answered all our many questions. Her “Market Education Day” was a great crash course in all things Denver area homes and really helped us narrow down our search and ultimately find our home. During the contract phase Jill continued to be very responsive and set up all the inspection follow ups with multiple professionals. We will definitely use Jill for any future home purchases and have already happily recommended her to friends.
