Jim Duncan

Jim has lived in the Charlottesville area for more than 30 years and has been a Realtor since 2001. Jim writes the well-respected real estate blogs RealCentralVA and RealCrozetVa.

Jim is a graduate of St. Anne's-Belfield ('94) and the Virginia Military Institute ('98). An advocate for his buyer and seller clients, Jim recognizes that the advice and guidance he provides impacts his clients for the rest of their lives. Jim lives in Crozet with his wife and two girls. He rides a bicycle—mountain and road— (to show houses when possible) and on the country roads in Albemarle County and coached girls soccer for nearly 15 years. Founder of the Crozet Cycling Club, Jim's favorite charities are the Boys and Girls Club and the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
