I always refer my friends and community members to Jim and Jeri LaMarca because they are the best team in the business. Jim is the VP of the Avila Beach Civic Association and invited me to meet him at my future home to pick up a red wagon for my Doggie Parades. When I saw how beautiful the house was and what a terrific view from the kitchen window, I told Jim I would love to live in it but didn't think I could afford it. Jim told me he would help me and two months later I moved in! He and Jeri explained all the mountains of paperwork and guided me throughout the entire process. I know that I would not live in my dream hme if it wasn't for them. In addition, they sold my condo after negotiating a lease option which relieved me of a large burden to make my life in Avila Beach perfect!

Jim LaMarca was extremely responsive to my specific interests and requests (yes, I was picky!). He shared his extensive inside knowledge of the Avila Beach area with my husband and me. We could count on Jim to go the extra mile to be sure we were completely satisfied. He never pressured us and, instead advised us that getting a home was not a fire drill. We got to know Jeri LaMarca when paperwork was required. We really depended on her expertise in answering all my questions and following through with listing agents and escrow officers.
