Jim Lister was born into the real estate world. As a third-generation realtor, he learned from the best! His family opened real estate firms and construction operations in the early 1900s and his father continued his grandfather's business until eventually merging with Windermere Real Estate! Jim's mother was the top agent in WA state and ranked in the top #10 in the nation in many years of her career. Jim was a licensed agent for nearly 40 years. Starting in the Seattle area, he came to Spokane for 6 months to help open a real estate builder servicers division when he met his beautiful wife Stephanie and started a family here.
