My Wife and I just had our 3rd child, and we decided that it is time for our family to have our own home. I thought once you can afford to make the monthly payments you can purchase a home... Obviously i was very wrong. I saw a home on the Realtor app which connected me to Joan and i'm glad it did. She told me all the steps in order to just get pre-approved for a loan. Ever since that day, Joan never gave up on us. She listened to what we wanted, she gave suggestions on things to look for in a house, and was very patient with answering all the questions that these newbies would ask day or night. We looked at many options and we finally found the one that would fit our needs. The closing process was long and i was beginning to think we would never close but Joan was there to cheer us up and keep us motivated. If you're looking for someone to just sell you any house, that youll probably later regret... that's not her, but if you're looking for someone to help you through the buying process, help you find your home and cater to your requests...
