Joann was both knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I did not have a clear view of what sort of home we wanted or where we wanted to look. Joann helped us find and evaluate many different options. We were out of state and relied on her to provide listings and to perform initial inspections. In a number of cases, Joann was able to identify issues with potential properties and avoid having us travel to Virginia only to be disappointed by the property. We highly recommend her.

If you are looking to become a first time home owner ,then I strongly recommend joann. She will set realistic goals.
she was very good with communicating with us through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
