I am a native Lane County resident having been born in Eugene, Oregon and raised in the Lorane Valley which has been become famous for it's likeness to Napa Valley boasting Iris Hill, Chateau Lorane and King Estate wineries. This is such a wonderful part of the world to call home that my husband and I chose to raise our three children just a few miles outside of town. Helping people accomplish their goals, architecture, interior design, optimizing environments and marketing are some of my passions. Serving clients in real estate is the perfect opportunity for me to integrate these interests, on a daily basis. I became a full time Realtor in 1994 and opened Jodie Smith Real Estate Co. in 2004. I am known for listing some of the most beautiful country and city properties in Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding towns. Farms, horse properties, immaculate homes bare land and new construction are my specialties. I have helped many executives and univerisity employees relocate to temporary rentals and ideal new homes.
