She was supportive every step of the way and provided help in finding professionals to sell some of my personal items, as well as a real estate attorney.

Jody has been our realtor for many years. She guided us through the sale of our New City house , the purchase of our Nyack house which we love, and then recently found a beautiful rental for us in literally two days when we decided to remodel our new house. She gave us great advice on how to stage our house to sell, and as important, where not to waste money and time on unnecessary improvements. We sold our house almost immediately for a great price. 7 years ago, Jody found us our first family home in New City and it was perfect. After growing our family and deciding to make a change, there was only one realtor we had in mind to help us find our next perfect home, and of course Jody delivered again. This time, we were buying and selling. Jody sold our home for +5% above listing price in less than a week, and found us a new home within a week of selling in an incredibly competitive market during COVID. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. She only showed us what we wanted to see, advised on pricing, and eventually honed in on the one we all knew was going to be ours. Jody has been my agent when buying and selling homes over the years. NOBODY works harder for you than Jody! Whether buying or selling a home, she puts your best interests first and does everything she can to arrive at a deal that you'll be happy with.
