Real estate has always been a passion of Joe’s because he likes to study the numbers in a community, and he likes to help others invest in that community. Every chance he gets, Joe likes to research what’s going on nationally and in Omaha. He finds himself studying specific zip codes and blocks throughout the city. When he meets with clients, Joe reviews all those details of the neighborhood to put them in the best position to buy or sell.
As an Omaha transplant, Joe has gained real estate experience throughout the country. In Nashville he was involved with condo sales and property management. While living in Chicago, he learned the intricacies of a large market and expanded my real estate portfolio. In Omaha, Joe has helped friends and family achieve their real estate goals, whether buying or selling new construction or century old homes.
Joe’s favorite way to greet someone is “hey neighbor!” because he believes this creates an instant bond whether you live next door or across town. As a husband and father of two, Joe has created that bond with his neighbors. He and his family stay busy in their community with active involvement in St. Margaret Mary’s parish, the Dundee Memorial Park Association, and Duschene Academy Preschool.
