Ryan Gardner was thorough, professional, friendly, and worked around my schedule. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty when evaluating a condo or house I was viewing. As a 1st time home buyer, I appreciated him resigning me in and ensuring that I'm not looking solely the superficial but under the surface too. He was knowledgeable of the current market and what it takes to make an offer competitive but not grossly overpaying.
