Working with Joey was a delight and we are so grateful to have been his clients! He listened to and understood our preferences and concerns throughout the search for and purchase of a perfect home for my family. Never balking at my long list of “needs” and “wants”, Joey enthusiastically cheered us on. He was easy to contact and quick to reply, and always available to meet for open houses and showings. Communication was always timely, open, and honest, and we felt informed each step of the way. His knowledge of the housing market and homeownership was helpful during the craziness of pandemic buying, and he offered his truthful opinion about each listing we viewed. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, only encouragement and willingness to find exactly what we wanted. His support was present during the entire process and we appreciated his insights and instincts. He offered great recommendations for inspectors and other professionals to help as well. Joey’s rapport with other agents was also beneficial, and we were happy to have a friendly exchange with every seller’s agent. Searching for and buying our home was fun with Joey as our agent and never felt daunting or burdensome. Our little ones even looked forward to visiting “his houses” and now fondly call him “Uncle Joey” :). We’ve found an agent and a friend, and certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome and hardworking agent whose thoughtfulness and kindness shines through.

Joey helped us find our first home while I was 6 months pregnant and looking for just the right place to raise my first child. Joey was very patient and accommodating, willing to change plans on a moments notice depending on how I was feeling, and he made the entire process very comfortable and enjoyable for me. He was great at listening to what I wanted, both the physical criteria and the "feeling" of the house and neighborhood, and adeptly tailored the houses he presented to me. It was overall a very pleasant experience working with Joey and I will definitely call him again if and when my family grows too big for our current home.

Joey went above and beyond helping me find a new home. He was always sending me new properties (often before they were listed), and he was always available to schedule and give me tours at a moment's notice. He facilitated the entire process, clarifying any questions I had, coordinating with the property owner and/or their agents, the lender, and even the city whenever needed. Joey made buying my new home a pleasant, stress-free experience. Look forward to working with Joey again in the future.
