John Barrett

John Barrett, Owner of Barr Homes, began his real estate career in 1972 and started focusing on new construction over 20 years ago. By working in the housing market and communicating directly with buyers, John became keenly aware of their wants and expectations. Feeling that there was a need for cost effective homes with practical, yet exciting floor plans, he established Barr Homes in 2001.

John’s ability to discern market trends and decipher customer’s real needs was essential in designing staple floor plans and has been the key reason for Barr Homes’ success.
