John Compton was excellent to work with. He assisted us with our 1st home purchase and really made the process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. John was very responsive to our questions & last minute requests. He was very knowledgeable of the current market & purchasing strategy that we were able to get into a house pretty quickly considering how competitive the Denver market was at the time of purchase. We will be working with John on our next home purchase as well!

This is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have purchased several times and John Compton is my realtor of choice. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure they are extremely satisfied. John has a vast amount of knowledge about homes and it was like getting a realtor and home inspector all in one! John quickly identified issues with a potential home for us that saved us a lot of time and effort. John took the time to show us a ton of homes in just one weekend as we were only in Colorado for a few days. He took a lot of time out of his schedule to make sure we got a lot out of our trip. I highly recommend John to all my friends and family in Colorado!!!!
