John McLaren is very professional. I interviewed about 10 realtors and not one was able to assist me in buying rental properties. The realtors that I dealt with did not understand I wanted to buy 8-15 properties within a 6-8 month window and would send me listings of properties that did not match my criteria. I wasted about 4 months and countless hours. I then meet John and explained what I wanted to do and my formula to buying these properties. Based on his experience with and ability to actually listen to what the client is trying to accomplish we were able to close on 9 properties in about 8 months. if you don't want to waste time and buy or sell your property John is your MAN. if you want a true professional who does this for a living and not a part time person then go to John. he was available 7 days a week at all times. if your time is as important and you don't want to be shone homes you never wanted then pick John. he will not show you things you don't want to buy.
