This owner/broker was an absolute amazing person to work with! From the selling of our home to the purchase of our new home. John is a hard working professional of this industry that made it all seem to flow from start to finish of both homes. Even when things seemed like they were not going to work out from our prospective, John kept very positive and optimistic. When our home was sold and going through escrow....we realized we would be homeless if we didn't find our little dream home...lol. we started to panic a little....but John kept positive and patient. Steered us away from making a poor decision of getting involved with foreclosure homes....whew, thanks John! Every time we thought we had found something we would like, John was right on it EVERY TIME! No matter the distance, he made the time to make sure we did not miss a potential home. When we did find it, THE HOME, he went to work. Not just put in an offer, but made it personal in ways that highlights his professionalism. And the paper work, John made that a breeze as well. Both myself and my wife could not have asked more from an agent! I would highly recommend John Olson as an agent, whether your selling or buying. I have a renewed outlook of this industry, you can not trust all, but with this man, he will earn it! Thanks John Olson.

We used John to help sell my Auntie's mobile home, and he was very helpful at getting it done! He was very knowledgeable on everything from paperwork to what satisfied code requirements on old hot water heaters. I really appreciated his personal touch, and his commitment to getting our deal done. He also helped us navigate the management at Del Prado, who were pretty unreasonable and obnoxious, but John handled them with tact and grace. Many thanks!

Was lucky enough to find John in 2005 to sell our home when the market was high. The professional staging of our home, plus the area in which he featured it made all the difference. The home reached a greater number of people and we had multiple offers within days. He works tirelessly, and if necessary will help with the little details that makes such an arduous process go smoothly.
Since that time, John has been the only Realtor my brother and I use., John has helped me buy and sell two more homes since that first encounter 15 years ago. We consider John to be part of the family. He definitely goes well above expectations and gets the results for his clients. When working with John you will go from seeing him as a Realtor to seeing him as a good Friend.

John was very good at getting back to us whenever there was interest in our home or if we had questions/concerns. He is a hard worker & even takes care of clients on his days off. He also helped us w/items that s/be fixed vs things that we don’t have to fix. We had some last minute escrow surprises that really upset us, but John calmed us down & took care of the problem. He’s a great guy & we would highly recommend him.

This is my third home purchase. John is by far the most incredible agent I've worked with. He always goes above and beyond. During this house hunt and purchase process I was working full time, going to school and trying to get my family moved to California. John went out of his way to go check out houses for me, to see if they were worth my time to view. Also, because John has built a great network he always has the inside scoop on houses all over the area. John showed me houses everywhere between Roseville and Grass Valley. In the end, I was able to find a home that perfectly suits my family. The day I went to pick up the keys, John had put balloons, beautiful flowers, and snacks for for everyone from the kids to the dogs in the house.
I enjoyed working with John so much, I recommended him to my best friend. Now, that friend is getting ready to close on his first home. If you have the option to work with John and you don't, you're making a mistake.
