John is a full-time REALTOR® and licensed broker with over 35 years of sales and customer service experience. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas, John worked in client management and technical support in the Legal Publishing, Financial and Software industries. As a member of a software sales team, John gained skills in customer-focused selling and negotiation tactics. With this background and experience, a real estate career was a natural fit for John.
Since joining the real estate industry in 2002, John has worked to improve its image. For a decade, he was an active member of his association, serving on committees and in leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels. This commitment to his profession has provided John with additional insight into political and economic issues and with industry knowledge beneficial to his clients.
