After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas, John worked in client management and technical support in the Legal Publishing, Financial and Software industries. As a member of a software sales team, John gained skills in customer-focused selling and negotiation tactics. With this background and experience, a real estate career was a natural fit for John.
Since joining the real estate industry in 2002, John has worked to improve its image.
