John Rose

John has been a Certified appraiser since 2003 and a Licensed Realtor since 2010. He is also a Washington state certified Real Estate instructor with the ABR and CRS designations. John also has a strong passion for volunteer work and giving back to his local community through the Chamber of Commerce & American Legion.
As a Veteran, John has a passion for working with military and first responders. John and his team service the entire SW Washington area of Clark & Cowlitz area as well as the Long Beach Peninsula region in Pacific County. John is also an active real estate investor who owns several rental properties. His first hand knowledge of rentals and fix & flips properties are vital to his investor clients.
