John Sanford

John is a native Texan who grew up in Palacios Texas and came to Austin to attend the University of Texas. He obtained a degree in Advertising and then settled in Austin. Since Austin was a great town to start a business in, he chose real estate as his profession and started working for himself. At the beginning of John’s career he sold all types of Austin Real estate- houses in Hyde Park & west Austin, office buildings, and land for condominium and apartment projects. In 1993 John shifted directions and started selling and leasing commercial property and residential homes in South Austin, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos. A specialty of John’s is land and buildings along IH 35 and other major roadways in the area. John has had a lengthy real estate career because he has always treated clients with respect, honesty, and professionalism. John’s detailed experience in assisting clients in finding solutions to complex real estate problems has provided him with the knowledge to be your best representative in the area.
