John Paul Sazon, also known as JP, grew up on the eastside of San Gabriel Valley in a small city named Walnut. Growing up with both parents in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, it is easy to see how he got into the business. His passion for the industry actually surfaced in the third grade, where he learned how to operate his own business as well as understand the profits he would make just by playing with monopoly money! He was able to use his money to purchase small items at the concession stand. This is where JP's love for entrepreneurship began!
After high school, JP attended UCR and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and sociology. Upon graduating, he went on to become a marketing director at Tokyo Ultra Lounge in Hollywood. He also held the position of a recruiter for an IT firm in Newport Beach. Not long after, JP obtained his Real Estate and Mortgage broker licenses at the age of twenty-four. He learned many different positions, ranging from transaction coordinator to an escrow’s sales representative.
JP holds many valuable experiences, from as far back as his childhood to the present time, that has greatly prepared him for the leadership role he upholds as the managing broker and owner of CENTURY 21 Cristal Cellar. His passion for people shows through his support and encouragement for his team. Not only does he value the time spent with his team, but he also loves to spend quality time with his clients.
In his downtime, JP enjoys hanging out with his wife and two kids. In the Sazon household, every Friday night is movie night! Some of his favorite hobbies are snowboarding, riding his e-bike, barbecuing with friends, traveling, and enjoying some good whiskey!
