John Schoettger

As an Idaho native, John has called Idaho home all his life. While originally from the Twin Falls area in Southern Idaho, Boise has been home since 2004. The Boise area has so much to offer from hiking and biking the Boise Foothills to skiing at Bogus Basin and wake boarding at Lucky Peak. The Boise Metro area has something for everyone with the right balance of nearby recreation as well as shopping and entertainment. Real estate has been a passion of his for many years with industry related experience going back to 2009. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2015. He recently completed the sale and marketing of a 55-unit subdivision of single-family homes in a subdivision in Nampa, ID, London Park. With previous experience in the Mortgage industry as a mortgage underwriter, John works collaboratively with lenders and title companies to ensure his clients transactions close efficiently and timely.
