Johnny Aybar is an amazing realtor. I contacted him on the phone and told him what I was looking for. He immediately sent me several listings and made appointments for all of them and your not going to believe it but I put a contract on my house that same day and closed on my house in less than 30 days. He is very responsible and responds very quickly. I definitely recommend him!!!

If I could summarize our experience with Johnny in 1 word, it would be PHENOMENAL! He assisted my husband and I with the sale of our town home and with the purchase of our new home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely responsive and I’m quite sure I wasn’t his “easiest” client to work with. My husband was traveling so he adapted and showed houses via Facetime. He came to every appointment organized with a printed list of houses that we were going to see and had all the details ready before I could even ask. Despite the many challenges we faced during the sale of my town home (no fault of his) he made it seamless and he answered every question immediately. He calmed every nerve, and he took ownership of situations beyond his control when he didn’t have to. I know tons of realtors in Central Florida and there aren’t any quite like him. He was honest, trustworthy and his level of professionalism exceeded our expectation by far. We both highly recommend Johnny for any of your real estate needs. Johnny, we look forward to working with you again in the near future.
