Jolie began her real estate career as an executive assistant to a top-producing broker in the San Gabriel Valley, where she gained firsthand experience in the operations and strategies behind a successful real estate business. Her dedication and leadership led her to join Keller Williams as COO/CFO (MCA) for an office of over 300 agents. In this role, Jolie managed financial operations, optimized business systems, and provided hands-on support to agents, contributing to over $4 billion in closed sales volume. Her commitment to excellence was recognized with the MCA of the Year Award (2019), while her leadership contributed to the office’s designation as a CoStar/LoopNet Power Broker (2022). In 2020, amid the challenges of the pandemic, Jolie obtained her real estate license to directly serve families and clients, combining her operational knowledge with a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.
Today, Jolie leads the San Marino Division at eXp Realty alongside her husband and business partner, Donald La. Together, they have closed over 470 transactions and $225M+ in total sales volume. As proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Jolie and Donald continue to lead their business with vision, integrity, transparency, and compassion.
