Jonathan is an exceptional realtor and by far the best I've ever worked with in finding a home that truly meets all my family's needs. He listens carefully to your requirements and asks insightful questions to fully understand your criteria. Jonathan is incredibly patient, allowing us the time to explore all available options in our new area. We toured over 20 homes with varying price points, square footage (ranging from 600 to 3600 sq ft), lot sizes, and conditions—all without feeling any pressure or encountering sales tactics. Jonathan dedicated countless hours to our search, spending over ten weekends helping us review properties.I can't speak highly enough of Jonathan's professionalism. We highly recommend Jonathan. He was very helpful and patient during stressful periods. He helped us to navigate through two home offers. When the first closing fell through after numerous delays, he helped us quickly find a wonderful and better alternative. We always felt comfortable asking questions and getting a quick answer. We are finally unpacking and cannot imagine making it to this point without Jonathan.

Jonathan Fleming is an excellent realtor to work with to find a new home. He communicates with you throughout the house search and purchasing process. He provided many prospects and listings after we told him what we were looking for in a new home. He listened to all our concerns during the house showings and never pressured us into buying a home. My wife and I were very fortunate to find a person that was so responsive and caring about our concerns and needs in a house. He is a realtor that all home buyers would be happy to have on their team when searching for a new home.
