Jon Greany was amazing. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and creative. We sold our house which was in desperate need of repairs we couldn’t afford. Jon identified many options for us, including potential purchases by companies that flip real estate which he has worked with. Ultimately through Jon’s guidance and support, we got many offers including some over our listing price because Jon and his team did a superb job marketing the property and negotiating with buyers. I highly recommend Jon and his team. It was the best real estate sale experience we have ever had.

Working with Jon Greany was an enjoyable experience. From day one, he made sure all our needs were met, answered all of our questions throughout the home selling process, and offered suggestions to make our small home appealing to buyers. Jon is in-tune with the housing market and helped list our property accordingly. In the end, we sold our home quickly and profited to our satisfaction.
