Jon was fantastic throughout my home buying process, and I found him to be uniquely qualified given his in-depth local market knowledge, technical finance background, and expertise in contract law. Additionally, Jon is highly responsive to texts, calls, and emails, and has made himself available outside of normal business hours on multiple occasions. He also takes a consultative approach to help guide his clients through understanding each step of the process. This team is 100% recommended. I was looking for something very particular and they stuck with me for many, many weekends until we found it in a very difficult market. Jon and I worked together over several months on a land purchase. From the beginning he was very enthusiastic, informative, helpful, and consistently had steadfast communication. During the purchasing process there were a couple complications that arose from the lender's side of the transaction that put the deal in jeopardy. Because of Jon's diligent efforts and persistence, everything came together smoothly and closing day even came a little early. Undoubtedly, Jon works hard for his clients and truly cares about their aspirations. I highly recommend his services to anyone reading this review.

Jon Queen Relator, is most definitely a great investment for anyone interested in selling or buying a home. We recently sold our home after 28 yrs , raising 2 children & collecting too much stuff! Jon was there every step of the way with great financial advise & support in what can be a daunting task. We sold within hours, well over asking price & Jon was there to explain in detail each offer that was presented. In doing so, we were able to get to closing & finalize the deal much sooner than expected. He was willing to help with moving or whatever was needed.
