Jon Rue

As First Vice President with CBRE, Jon Rue specializes in investment sales with a primary focus in the Rocky Mountain region. However, he has represented developers, private clients and institutions transact nearly $1 billion across the country. Since his early days in Colorado Springs and Aspen to now residing in Fort Collins, Jon has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience and has sold in excess of $1.6 billion in commercial real estate assets.

Jon has extensive knowledge and experience with 1031 Exchanges. He sets himself apart by advising and executing the initial disposition and then simultaneously finding the replacement property. Many of the assets Jon sources are exclusive high quality off market deals. In his career, he has sold in excess of $400 million of off market assets to date.
