Jonathan Lichterman

Jon, has been working in the local real estate industry for over 20 years. He began working as a loan processor at age 19 and continued as a realtor while still going to college and earning his BA degree in Philosophy at Cal State Northridge. He has extensive experience in both real estate sales and mortgages.

His calm approach, business savvy, and ability to work with people has been integral to his success. His goal was always to develop a team which promotes a professional, reliable, and trustworthy environment for all his client's real estate needs.

Jon has a passion for San Fernando Valley residential architecture style and sensibilities and is particularly expert with view homes, mid-century modern architecture, and modern farm house styles.

He focuses his personal efforts as a realtor on buying and selling real estate on behalf of clients in Longridge Estates, Media Arts District, Toluca Lake, NOHO Arts District, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Studio City, Valley Village and Encino.

Jon utilizes his financial background to deploy techniques and processes that make him an expert in short sale situations.

Jon’s charitable interests include PETA and ASPCA.
