About Jonathan

Jonathan Makolondra is the Acquisitions Manager at Elevation who is tasked with sourcing 75+ homes each month for our institutional investor clients seeking to build a portfolio of rentals in and around the Denver metro area. Jonathan first got his real estate license in 2011 in New York City where he sold for seven years before returning to Colorado where he was born and raised.

Jonathan is driven every day to provide excellent customer service to Elevation clients and to save our investors’ money on the sale or purchase of their most valuable asset. Over the past eleven years Jonathan has successfully closed on $100M worth of real estate including cooperatives, condominiums, historic homes, estate sales, single-family and multi-family buildings.

In his free time Jonathan can be found playing ice hockey, researching crypto currencies, exploring Colorado, playing golf and spending time with family. Jonathan has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has experience buying/selling in the greater Denver Metro area, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island
