Jonathan Newell- was born in Boise Valley and has lived in the surrounding area “208” his whole life. “Jonny” has over 15 years of marketing and sales management experience. Beginning with Moor furniture for 10 years building relationships with team management and assisting the community with furnishing their new homes. In that time real estate was not only his hobby but had grown to become his personal passion. Taking his experiences and passion to the next step, Jonny as now been a licensed Realtor for the last 3 years. In that time, he has done it all.
His experience extends from new builds, first time home buyers, short sales, REO investment properties, home staging, marketing listings and becoming a co-owner in his own brokerage. He enjoys many recreational activities consisting of golf, river rafting, fishing, and camping. He enjoys being a part of the community enjoying the city and supporting local businesses. Genuinely he loves my his family, friends and work and he is blessed to be surrounded by all of them…. all the time.
