I am a licensed broker (BRE No. 01243795) and owner of my North County San Diego real estate agency. obtained her California Real Estate license in 1998. I have been a part of the Carlsbad community as a homeowner, investment property owner, property manager, and business owner since 2004. My real estate resume begins in 1984. While attending college I interned for a prestigious apartment management company that owned and operated over 4000 units in Los Angeles. The company saw my potential and provided opportunities for growth in each department including accounting, marketing, and acquisitions. I continued building my real estate resume which includes experience in escrow, title, insurance, and residential financing.
