Joni Schumann

Joni Schumann had her first career in financial services, including mortgage lending. Her years of experience transitioned well to the real estate field. She helps her clients understand not only the home selection process but also the lending process. Sometimes the process is frustrating but she does her best to mitigate the frustration by setting expectations. When the market is moving fast, she makes sure her clients are positioned to act quickly for the right property. She makes sure sellers are presenting their property in the best possible light.

On a personal note, she has been married to a wonderful man for 25 years and has 2 grown sons. Currently, she lives in her dream home, a 9-acre horse farm in Western Montgomery County. There she can indulge her love for animals; they have a horse, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, and fish in the pond. Life is simple at the Ranch!
